Residence Life Staff: 5-Week Summer Ballet Program
We are still accepting 2018 applications for the position of Summer Support Representative. We are no longer accepting applications for 2018 resident advisors. Applications for 2019 will be accepted beginning in November.

Being part of the 5-Week Summer Ballet Program residence life staff is sure to help you hone your leadership skills. You will be a mentor, a counselor, a cheerleader and a friend.
If you’re creative, trustworthy, passionate about youth, patient, organized and a team player, there’s a place on our team for you. As a residential staff member you will learn and practice important life skills that will pay off big dividends!

You’ll get a chance to really make a difference in young people's lives. They come from all over the nation and the world – bringing a passion for dance that is contagious. You’ll help shy ones break out of their shells and homesick ones feel comfortable in a new environment. You’ll inspire dancers to believe in themselves and reach for their dreams. It’s a rare opportunity for you to meet passionate kids who push hard, and work with them to make their summer experience the best it can be!
A day in the life …
Every day is different and exciting.
You’ll live on the campus of beautiful Dickinson College where everything is within walking distance and enjoy three meals a day from Dickinson's top-ranked dining service. You’ll have busy mornings with the students and then have some free time to take ballet classes from CPYB's world-class summer faculty, use the Kline Fitness Center or explore downtown Carlisle. Evenings are filled with meetings and fun activities. You will also get to take the students on exciting field trips to places like Hersheypark.
And the best part: while you are doing all of this you will be forming genuine friendships to last a lifetime and helping young dancers fulfill their dreams!
