CPYB is proud to introduce Park Place at CPYB as the newest housing option for male students enrolled in our Academic Year Program. Located just half a block from CPYB’s Marcia Dale Weary’s Studios and only two blocks from Carlisle Area High School, this welcoming residence offers students an ideal combination of convenience, structure, and support as they pursue their training and academic responsibilities.
More than simply a place to stay, Park Place at CPYB is designed to feel like a home. In this supportive residential setting, young men will build community, establish healthy routines, and develop the independence, accountability, and maturity needed to thrive both inside and outside the studio. At CPYB, housing is part of the education—helping students grow as dancers, students, and emerging adults.
Monthly Housing Fee: $900.00
One-Time Transportation Fee: $200.00

Supervision
Residential Live-in Manager & Dickinson Public Safety
The Residential Manager oversees CPYB’s student housing to ensure a safe, supportive, and structured environment for all students. They supervise residential staff, enforce housing policies and curfews, monitor student safety and check-ins, and address concerns or incidents as they arise. The Residential Manager also serves as a key point of contact for students, families, and residential staff, helping ensure students have a positive and successful residential experience.
Academics
Students who wish to attend Carlisle Area School District should contact the district‘s registrar for information regarding enrollment, transfer procedures, course selection, and academic planning. Students interested in online education are encouraged to enroll through their home school district‘s virtual learning program or explore a private online school of their choice.
Please note that enrolling in an online program offered by the Carlisle Area School District may result in significant tuition costs for students who are not district residents, as tuition is not covered by local property taxes.
Amenities
Amenities at Park Place include a fully furnished three-bedroom, two-bathroom home accommodating up to four male students, central heating and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, on-site laundry facilities, spacious living and dining areas, basement storage, a front porch, and a private rear patio with a fire pit and barbecue grill.
Transportation
Transportation is provided by CPYB residential staff for essential errands, medical appointments, performances, travel between Park Place and studios during inclement weather, and injury or illness-related needs.
