Pre-Ballet Summer Workshop
Exciting news from CPYB! We’re thrilled to introduce a brand-new summer ballet program tailored just for little ones aged 5 to 6. Our Pre-Ballet Summer Workshop is a delightful one-week experience where children can dive into the world of ballet in a joyful and supportive environment.
During this special workshop, children will embark on a journey of movement and music, discovering the joy of ballet while honing important skills like strength, coordination, flexibility and focus. It’s the perfect introduction to the world of ballet, setting the stage for future training.
Led by our dedicated instructors, children will learn foundational ballet concepts and basic terminology in a way that is engaging and accessible. Plus, they’ll have plenty of opportunities to explore creative expression and make new friends in our welcoming studios.
Join us for a wonderful week of dance and inspiration – we can’t wait to dance with your child and ignite their passion for ballet and the arts!

Dress Code
Girls
Pre-Ballet: Mirella Girl’s Cap Sleeve leotard, Blackberry in color (M515CD) or Bloch Girls Essential Short Sleeve Leotard, Aubergine in color (CL5602)
- Ballet pink or Flesh tone footed tights worn in shoes. Ballet shoes should be same tone as tights with elastic strap.
- Hair in a bun or similar style if possible; short hair secured with a band.
Boys
- White leotard or plain white t-shirt tucked into tights.
- Black, opaque, male tights or fitted leggings.
- Black ballet shoes with elastic strap.
- White socks (short).
- Hair neatly combed back out of face and secured.
