I understand that upon submission of this application and the required photos, CPYB will approve or disapprove the application. All applicants will be notified of their status via the email address provided. CPYB’s policy is to not offer evaluations following auditions or applications. Application fee is non-refundable, regardless of acceptance. I understand my application will be timestamped upon submission and this determines eligibility for program rates. The options are described on CPYB.org/summer. I understand that following an acceptance, I must complete a separate commitment form to reserve my place in the 2024 5-Week Summer Ballet Program. There are deadlines to complete this commitment form in order to receive February, March or April rates.
